Join us from 7 to 11 a.m. for a lively and colorful wellness fair with a variety of engaging activities, informational displays, and opportunity to interact with local wellness-related companies and organizations. Admission to VIM Fit Fest is absolutely free, providing an excellent chance for adults and families to discover and celebrate the abundance of health and wellness services in our community. Immerse yourself in the vibrant environment of VIM Fit Fest, where you will find a wide range of wellness services and activities provided by our local partners. Enjoy exercise demonstrations and healthy cuisine seminars, as well as mindfulness sessions and holistic health consultations.
